Hobby Time ships Monday through Friday excluding US holidays.
We do not ship C.O.D.
The C.O.D option is provided only for those who are picking up the order at our store.
Hazardous items
If your order includes paint or glue of any kind you must select UPS ground service. These items cannot be shipped by an air carrier.
We can not ship these items outside of the Continental US.
US Customers
We suggest USPS Priority Mail to US locations for non-hazardous packages smaller than one cubic foot (12" x 12" x 12") and less than 5 pounds. For packages greater than 5 pounds we recommend UPS Ground. For your protection and ours we only ship with services that provide tracking and/or delivery confirmation.
Express USPS and UPS service is available at additional cost.
Note: UPS rates for packages smaller than 5 pounds may require additional fees as rates are usually higher. Oversize packages may require additional fees to cover packaging. Inquires should be addressed to sales@hobby-time.com.
International Customers
Hobby time ships to most countries by USPS Priority International. For your protection and ours, We do not ship packages that we cannot track. example USPS First Class mail does not provide this service.
When placing an international order Our shipping calculator may not accept your address as it is outside of the US. You may want to contact us for actual shipping cost or reserve your purchase by selecting "In Store Pick up" during check out. This will allow you to pay for the items and reserve the items you want. (Items for which payment has not been received are not reserved)
When we receive your order we will package the order, obtain the actual shipping cost and send you an email invoice on PayPal for the shipping. If you determine that the shipping cost is unacceptable simply send us an email and we will cancel the Pay Pal invoice, return the items to inventory, and refund all of the money that you paid. That way we do not over charge you for shipping and you have the option of canceling the order if the shipping cost is greater than you desire. NO SUPRISES
When you pay the shipping cost we deliver the package to the carrier and send you tracking information.
All packages are shipped with tracking information.
Our Return policy is simple
Our objective at Hobby Time is to have Fun! ! !
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you are not having Fun. So we will accept returns within 30 days of your purchase*.
If we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective upon arrival, we will replace the item or refund your money if a replacement is not avialable and we will pay the shipping costs for both directions (to and from you). Please contact our Customer Service at sales@hobby-time.com or phone us at (806) 352-9660 (Monday – Friday 10:00 – 6:00 Central time zone) for instructions if this situation occurs.
If you purchase an item from Hobby Time and decide you don't want it, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Upon receipt by Hobby Time, you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the item. You will not receive a refund for the shipping costs. "Shipping Costs" refers to the amount we spent to get the item to you and the amount you will spend to get the item back to us.
* All items returned for refund must be in original, unused condition and in a resalable condition. NOTE: If you rip open the package and taped it back together, it is NOT considered in resalable condition. Hobby Time reserves the sole right to determine if the item returned is in a resalable condition.
All returns must be packaged in a manner to insure the safe delivery to Hobby Time. We suggest the original package and packaging materials. Failure to protect the return item against damage may result in a rejected claim.
Select a carrier for your return that has a tracking information so you can track the package and you will know when we receive your return. Please email the tracking number to us at sales@hobby-time.com.
